The challenge of climbing the 3 highest peaks alongside the challenge of potentially saving lives of fellow human beings in Africa presented me with one answer only…….'yes, I will do that'.”









On April 1st, The Crack Comedy Club, a fabulous little venue at the Grey Horse pub in Kingston upon Thames, played host to the first in our series of benefit gigs to raise funds for Act4Africa. Read more.


We were thrilled to see so many of you join in with the fun at The Comedy Store this week. Our first "official" No Laughing Matter" Comedy night saw 5 headline acts take to the stage to raise money for Act4Africa. Dave Spikey was of course our "Mr TV" know to just about everyone, but, not to be beaten, our 3 support acts (ably steered but the fabulous Mr Martin Bigpig) all put in star performances. This unbelievably good bill was put together as a one-off, extra-special comedy show by the good fortune that all the comedians in the show were also taking part in the No Laughing Matter 3 Peaks Challenge. 


It was previewed as "The Comedy Night of the Week" in The Guardian Gig Guide and with good reason. Craig Campbell pulled together the line up to beat all line ups for a fantastic night of fun and frolics at Jesters Comedy Club in Bristol on June 6th. Read more.
